•One Movie Ticket pass valid at any Hollywood theater
is accepted for any movie, any time and has no expiration date.
 
•One gift card with a food value of $5 redeemed at J&R Tacos

•One entrance pass to Partisan & One free Drink
(must be at least 21 years old) located at 432 W Main St, Merced, CA
 
•One gift card with a food value of $5 redeemed only at Quiznos

 The Gift Card Fun Pack sells for a price of $25.  Gift cards cannot be substituted; the purchase of the Gift Card Fun Pack is good for one card from each of the participating businesses. 

 Gift cards are only redeemed at the downtown locations, for the specific amounts, and no cash back will be given. 
 
The gift cards are same as cash. If they are lost or destroyed, they cannot be replaced. They can be used to pay for any item or service at the participating locations. In the cases where the locations have alcohol, customers may still use gift card to pay for a beverage. Customers must be at least 21 years old to purchase alcohol. 
 
The gift cards may be used anytime from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010.
 
The gift card fun pack is a joint gesture of appreciation by downtown businesses to their customers. Thank you to Prof. Viney, The D Magazine and City of Merced for their cooperation on this project. It can be bought at any of the participating locations upon availability.

Once a gift card fun pack has been purchased, it cannot be returned and cash refunds will not be given.
